Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) Signed into Law

President Biden signs the $1.2 trillion Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, which includes the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA) in Section 70914. BABA establishes domestic preference requirements for iron/steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in federally-funded infrastructure projects.
