FHWA General Applicability Waiver for De Minimis Non-Compliance

FHWA issues a general applicability waiver for de minimis non-compliance with Buy America requirements. The waiver allows non-compliant materials when their total cost does not exceed the lesser of 0.1% of total project cost or $2,500 for iron/steel, and 5% or $1,000,000 for CM/MP.
